Living in Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar’s master community of about 6 sq km on Dubai Creek. It is freehold, so international buyers can own property outright.

On the water

Residential towers along the creek, the Creek Beach district with its own urban beach, and Creek Marina with a promenade of shops and restaurants. Evenings here are about walks by the water and the view across to Downtown.

Nature on the doorstep

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, about 6.4 sq km of wetland with flamingos and free entry, sits right next to the community. Dubai Municipality is upgrading it in two phases.

Getting around

Bridges link the community to Al Khail Road and Ras Al Khor Road, and RTA abras (small water taxis) run to Al Jaddaf, for the Green Line, and on set days to Dubai Festival City; check the RTA app for times. The Dubai Metro Blue Line, with a station here, is scheduled to open on 9 September 2029.
