As per the instructions of the Dubai Land Department, individual real estate agents are not authorised to receive any cash or funds transfer to their personal bank accounts.
Cash payments must be handed over only to the real estate company’s Finance Team or to Sales Progression Officers at the real estate agency office.
Cash payments can also be handed over at the official Trustee’s offices in the UAE in the presence of the real estate agency’s official Sales Progression Officer, or transferred to the official real estate company bank account.

إخلاء مسؤولية عن الدفعات المالية
وفقاً لتعليمات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، لا يُصرَّح لوكلاء العقارات الأفراد باستلام أي مدفوعات نقدية أو تحويلات مالية إلى حساباتهم المصرفية الشخصية.
يجب تسليم الدفعات النقدية فقط إلى فريق المحاسبة في الشركة العقارية أو إلى مسؤولي متابعة المبيعات في مكتب الوساطة العقارية.
يمكن أيضاً تسليم الدفعات النقدية في مكاتب الأمناء الرسمية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بحضور مسؤول متابعة المبيعات الرسمي لدى الوساطة العقارية، أو تحويلها إلى الحساب المصرفي الرسمي للشركة العقارية.
تؤكد هوزون للوساطة العقارية ش.ذ.م.م استلام الدفعات المالية فقط من خلال الإيصالات التي يتم إنشاؤها إلكترونياً من البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي للشركة accounts@houzon.com
