With the launch of the first-ever Bugatti branded exclusive residence, Dubai is emerging as the leader in branded residences. This ultra-luxurious development by the French supercar brand will be a 43-floor development that will consist of 11 sky mansion penthouses and 171 mansions in Dubai.
According to a report, Dubai was the top hotspot in the world for branded residences in terms of projects and supply in the pipeline. The UAE, Mexico, the US, and Vietnam are expected to add the largest number of schemes by the volume of the upcoming pipeline. It is anticipated to add more than 30 schemes by 2027 in each country.
