Dubai’s Habtoor Tower – How The World’s Largest Residential Building Is Taking Shape
The Al Habtoor Group in Dubai announced the Habtoor Tower. The Habtoor Tower will be the largest residential tower in the world. It will provide a wide range of ultra-luxurious amenities. The new Habtoor Tower will be built in Al Habtoor City which is an area known for the most luxurious lifestyle destinations in Dubai.
The Al Habtoor group is all set to build one of the world’s largest, most creative landmark residential buildings in the next three years. Earlier this month, the company announced the launch of the Habtoor Tower, the largest residential building in the world with the most ultra-luxurious living facilities On May 11.
The Habtoor Tower building will be constructed in a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road. The building will be built on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal looking over the Burj Khalifa in the Business Bay area, near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
This majestic new tower on Sheikh Zayed Road will come to the area which is home to Dubai’s most luxurious lifestyle destination, Al Habtoor City. It was officially launched in 2016. It will be consisting of three internationally branded hotels in Dubai.
A Founding Chairman of Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Al Habtoor said that he is very thrilled to be driving the first piles of this spectacular project into the grounds as a former builder or contractor. He feels elevated in revealing some of the important technical pieces of information about the construction used in the Habtoor Tower. He also feels proud that the tower will be made in record time at the highest quality.
What’s there to note is that the Habtoor Tower will be a multi-billion Dirhams development in Dubai. The tower will contain 1,701 keys over a built-up area of 3,517,313 square feet. This state-of-the-art project will have 81 floors (G+7+73) above ground. It is estimated to be completed within 36 months.
Al Habtoor believes that this unique tower can be considered a learning subject for all the contractors in the field as this tower is very different and one-of-it’s-kind in every aspect. All the engineers and architects working on the project have been challenged to deliver the best of the best which can be considered as an architectural masterpiece.
