Hayya Cards: What Are They?
As stated by the official website for the Qatar World Cup 2022, www.qatar2022.qa, the Hayya Card is required to enter the State of Qatar and access the stadiums. You will need the card in order to take advantage of the country’s free public transit during the tournament.
Hayya cards can be purchased via the Hayya app immediately after approval; however, FIFA will not be responsible for the issuance of applications, usage, or maintenance of these cards. A legal proceeding following the country’s rules will follow for all Hayya cardholders that do not leave Qatar after January 23, 2023.
What Is The Process For Getting A Hayya Card?
Here are the steps you need to follow to get your Hayya card:
- Choose “Apply for Hayya” from the upper right corner of the screen at https://hayya.qatar2022.qa/.
- You can create an account by clicking “sign up,” providing your email address, full name, and password. The terms and conditions must be read and the verification code must be entered.
- Sign up by clicking “Sign up.” If you wish to continue, you must enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your e-mail address.
- Then you need to click on the ‘Apply for Hayya’ button again and select your category –
– Match ticket holders
– Match voucher holders
– Match hospitality holders
– Accredited personnel (FIFA)
Upon entering your ticket application number, you will be able to verify your ticket if you select the “Match ticket holder” option.
The next step is to add your passport details, contact information, and address to complete your registration.
After you receive the Hayya card, you can apply for multiple entry tourism visas to the UAE.
UAE Tourist Visas With Multiple Entries – How Do I Apply?

- Visit: https://smartservices.icp.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/dashboard
- Click on “Public services,” then click on “Hayya card holders’ visa.”
- You will need to fill out an application form with your passport information as well as the details of your Hayya card.
The visa allows you to stay in the UAE for up to 90 days from the date it is issued, and you can repeat your visit during that time if you wish. Further, the ICP states that after November 1, 2022, applications can be submitted for this visa to be renewed for another 90 days.
The visa-exempt national may enter and remain in the UAE in accordance with the current procedures. Only those nationals of a nation that requires a visa application will be eligible for this UAE multiple-entry tourist visa.
